Standard Translation: A standard translation is a translation of a document with the time of delivery within two working days. We translate from / into Czech, English, German, French, Spanish, Korean, Chinese and other languages. All translations are done by our qualified translators with years of experience and adequate language training. Upon request, we can also arrange a proofreading of translated text by a native speaker.
Specialized translation: Our specialized translations are translations of more technical text with jargon specific to a certain field. The delivery time depends on the length and specialization of the text. All translations are done by our qualified translators with years of experience and adequate linguistic education and expertise. Upon request, we can also arrange a proofreading of translated text by a native speaker.
Express translation: Express translations are translations completed within 24 hours or less. Delivery dates and prices are handled individually. Do not hesitate to contact us for a binding offer.
Legalized translation: we also provide certified translations of texts or translations with a stamp for you to prepare for forensic expert translators, who are appointed by the Ministry of Justice.
Conditions of translation: The basic unit of translation is one standard page (NS), which, according to Decree no. 77/1993 Coll. Section 24. 2, is a typewritten text containing 30 lines of 60 characters, including spaces, which corresponds to 1800 characters including spaces. The minimum order represents one standard page. Translations longer than 1 NS are rounded up to a complete standard page. We always confirm receipt of the order and send you a preliminary quote at the beginning of the process. The final price is then calculated from the translated text.
We provide translations of all classic formats (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .png). Translations are delivered electronically, typically deliver them by email in .docx or .pdf format, but we can also deliver a CD if requested.
We generally translate about 8 standard pages per working day. The number of translated pages can be reduced for specialized texts requiring consultation or other preparation. The day of receipt of the order, delivery day of translation, weekends and public holidays are excluded from the delivery date count.
In case of cancellation, the customer is obliged to pay the incurred costs for the completed part of the translation at the time of cancellation.
Interpretation is the oral transfer of communication from one language to another at a meeting, speech, lecture or interview. Interpreters often do not interpret only between languages but also between cultures, which helps clients to orientate themselves in a foreign environment. There are two basic types of interpreting: simultaneous and consecutive.

Consecutive interpreting: Consecutive interpreting is when an interpreter is present and waits until the speaker expresses his or her idea and then converts it into another language. Consecutive interpreting takes place in shorter time sequences.
This type of interpreting is suitable for business meetings, interviews, shorter speeches, trainings, etc.
Simultaneous interpretation: Simultaneous interpreting means a speaker's speech is being interpreted simultaneously with the spoken word, without delay. Simultaneous interpreting is used primarily in international conferences, lectures, and seminars. It is a demanding discipline, so it is necessary to have at least two interpreters to alternate in short time intervals. Simultaneous interpreting is also known as cabin interpretation because of the technology that is used during interpreting. Interpreters are in cabins translating in real time and listeners have earphones in which they hear the interpreter’s voice.
Chuchotage or whispered interpretation:
You can also simultaneously interpret without technical aids by whispering into the ear of the client. This kind of interpreting is referred to as chuchotage. This type of interpreting is suitable for business meetings, lectures, seminars, etc.
Accompanying interpreting: Consecutive interpreting is a special event which is not just about translation from one language to another. This type of interpreting is used when traveling abroad or meetings where the interpreter helps the client with orientation in a foreign environment. Further, they help clients with solving various issues, and accompany them when visiting authorities or other institutions.
